Great value! We has apartment 803 (one bedroom with a queen sized bed and two bathrooms) I definitely recommend getting something on the highest floor possible as that will give you the best view and the least traffic noise. The 8th floor is the top floor which means it also has very high ceilings. The traffic noise is really not bad at all - just a bit of white noise. The property is located in the Belen neighborhood, an upscale residential neighborhood. Very convenient and safe to walk in. El Poblado is a $2 uber away. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the city, the daily room service breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping and desk service was top notch. The mall across the street and surrounding neighborhood has everything you need.

Room was very clean. The staff is kind and helpfull. I enjoyed that they bring your breakfast (included with stay) to your room. And also the optional lunch or dinner to your room (at extra cost) if you are too tired to leave the room. Also liked that there is a big shopping mall right across the hotel. With a supermarket, pharmacy, food court, movie theater, bowling alley and many many shops. Very convenient.

Great location, in front of a mall and at walking distance from the Las Americas clinic. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, are very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Great value, loved being across from the mall which had everything I needed including a great barber. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Can’t go wrong.

We loved the spacious rooms, service, it had everything we needed for a week. It's in a nice part of the city (a bit far from the metro, but you can take the bus to get there). Breakfast is good, a bit repetetive after a while, but it's convenient as it is delivered to your room. We came back to the same hotel at the end of our trip which is the best compliment, I believe.
